Nugroho Irawan – Director & Senior HR Consultant
Nugroho is a Director based in the Jakarta office, specializing in helping senior executives enhance organizational and business performance through their people. His expertise covers organization restructuring, accountability distribution mapping, job design, work culture formation, executive compensation, variable incentives, performance management, and leadership development.
At Hay Group Indonesia, he also leads sales and marketing activities, ensuring that each client engagement is grounded in both strategic insight and business practicality.

Drawing on his hands-on experience as Head of Human Resources in a multinational company, he helps senior management teams translate their strategies into actionable results. Midway through his consulting career at Hay Group, Nugroho took the opportunity to apply and expand his consulting expertise by serving as General Manager of Human Resources and Administration at NEC Nusantara Communication for three years. This unique experience further strengthened his ability to bridge consulting concepts with real-world business execution — making him a trusted advisor for clients seeking both strategic and operational excellence.
Evita Hadiz – Senior HR Consultant & Coach (LCPC, ACC)
I bring a unique perspective from my experience as a coach and HR consultant, helping leaders optimize their teams and achieve organizational goals. My approach is rooted in helping clients discover their potential to grow, finding creative solutions to reach their objectives, and enhancing their mental well-being.
Synopsis of Professional Experience:
Evita has over 30 years experience in Human Resource (HR) Management as an Executive Practitioner, Consultant and Coach across various industries. As a Consultant and Coach, Evita has worked for Korn Ferry, a global consulting firm and now she partners in this consulting firms, providing solutions and coaching to their clients. She partners among others with Randstadrisesmart, Modern Health, Korn Ferry and NetExpat. Evita has been working with top management, managers and professionals for MNCs, local, conglomerates, state owned companies, government offices, NGOs and MSMEs. Whilst with Korn Ferry, Evita had regional experience in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Algeria and Yemen. As an HR practitioner, Evita’s last role was as HR Director for a MNC FMCG, Johnson Home Hygiene Products, a subsidiary of SC Johnson. During her tenure, she played a key role in the integration of 4 companies into 1 company as a result of acquisition and was actively involved in 5 change management initiatives (e.g. acquisition, SAP, rightsizing).
Her notable clients include, Nusantara Regas, Pertamina Hulu Energi, PHE ONWJ, CNOOC, Pertamina, Medco, Inco, Banpu, Bank Mandiri, Bank Danamon, Bank Tabungan Negara, Bentoel, Multi Bintang, Indosat Group, Kompas Gramedia, Jakarta International Container Terminal, Krakatau Steel, and Jasa Marga, Kideco, Indexim.
Consulting and Coaching Area:
Evita is a certified coach (ICF, ACC credential). Her area of coaching is in leadership, performance, career and mental wellbeing. Through coaching she helps her coachees among others: achieve their strategic goals, managing their team effectively, address performance issues, prepare them for a higher leadership role, career transition/mobility and work and relationship issues (burnout, stress, anxiety and life challenges). Evita is experienced in coaching BOD and BOD – 2 Levels.
Evita’s consulting area is in organization and people in M&A, organization development, talent management, reward strategy, career succession and people development. Evita is an active contributor and facilitator in public and in-house workshops, webinars/seminars and as guest speaker in Universities in the area of HR Management

Ika Saraswati – Senior HR Consultant
Drawing on my experience as an HR Consultant, HR Practitioner, and Trainer, I bring a comprehensive perspective on people and organizational effectiveness. I partner with clients to build stronger Human Capital systems through KPI design, job structuring, reward strategies and organization design.
Synopsis of Professional Experience:
Ika has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) Management, both as a Practitioner and Consultant across various industries. As a Consultant, Ika worked with Korn Ferry—a global consulting firm—where served as Head of Productized Services (including Head of Salary ). During Ika’s tenure with Hay Group and Korn Ferry, She collaborated with top management, managers, and professionals from multinational corporations, local enterprises, conglomerates, state-owned companies, government agencies, NGOs, and MSMEs.
As an HR Practitioner, Ika’s most recent roles were as HR Manager at Bakrie Telecom and ANTV.

Ika has successfully delivered business and people solutions across a wide range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, mining (gold, coal, nickel), oil & gas, banking, energy, and fast moving and consumer goods, healthcare (hospital, dental), airlines, telecommunication, infrastructure, plantation, NGO, properties etc.
These includes Freeport, Kideco, Indexim, Banpu Group, J Resources, BUMA, Vale, Aman, Trakindo, Ultrajaya, etc.
She works closely with top management and line leaders to develop organizational reward strategies, define and clarify organization structures, roles, and accountabilities, and guide companies through periods of organizational change and improvement.
Partnering with senior management and HR teams, Ika helps align human resources strategies with business objectives, designing and executing integrated HR and reward solutions that drive company growth and employee engagement.
With a background as an HR practitioner, Ika brings hands-on experience across multiple areas of human capital management and organizational development. Her particular strengths include HR strategy development, organization design and restructuring, job analysis and evaluation, reward management, and talent management systems.
Ika works with top management and line managers, helping them in organizational reward solution and strategy .
She also works with line management to help define/mapping and clarify organization structure, roles and accountabilities on organizational change and improvement.
